Photography Invoice Template
A photographer invoice already filled in with a typical shoot. Adjust the session, editing and extras, and download a PDF.
The example below is only a starting point: change any line, or choose Clear in the More menu to start from a blank form.
For real transactions only. Creating false or misleading documents is illegal and prohibited by our Terms.
Photographers bill for more than time behind the camera: travel, editing, prints, albums and licences for commercial use. Listing them separately shows the client where the price comes from and avoids disputes.
For weddings and events, most photographers take a deposit when booking. Record it in “Amount paid” so the invoice shows the balance still due.
