Cleaning businesses usually invoice regular clients once a month, listing each visit or the number of visits at a fixed price. One-off jobs such as end-of-lease or deep cleaning get their own line.
Mention the address cleaned and the dates. For offices, add the client’s purchase order or contract number.
What to put on a Cleaning Service Invoice

Questions about the Invoice Generator
Should I invoice after each visit or monthly?
For regular clients, one monthly invoice is simpler for both sides. One-off jobs are invoiced when the job is done.
How do I show the address that was cleaned?
Add a shipping address (it can be renamed in the title) or write the address in the item details.
Can I save my regular clients?
Yes. Click “Save client” and choose them from the list next month.
