Catering Invoice Template
A catering invoice for an event, with menu per guest, staff and rentals already filled in. Edit it and download the PDF.
The example below is only a starting point: change any line, or choose Clear in the More menu to start from a blank form.
For real transactions only. Creating false or misleading documents is illegal and prohibited by our Terms.
Caterers usually price the menu per guest, then add drinks, service staff, equipment rental and delivery. The final invoice should use the confirmed number of guests and deduct the deposit paid at booking.
Mention the event date and place so the client’s accounts team can link the invoice to the event.
