Invoice Due Date Calculator (Net 30, 60, 90)

Find the exact due date of an invoice from its date and payment terms, and how many days are left.

Due date
Days remaining

Pick the invoice date and the payment terms, such as Net 30. The calculator shows the due date with the weekday and how many days remain, or how long the invoice has been overdue. Tick "end of month" for terms such as "Net 30 EOM".

What "Net 30" means

"Net 30" means the full amount is due 30 days after the invoice date. Net 60 and Net 90 work the same way with 60 and 90 days, and "due on receipt" means payment is expected right away. With end-of-month terms (EOM), the days start from the last day of the month in which the invoice is dated.

Put the due date on the invoice

Our invoice generator fills in the due date for you from the payment terms. If a client misses it, the payment reminder generator lists the overdue invoices, and the late payment interest calculator shows what you can add.

Questions about the Invoice Due Date Calculator (Net 30, 60, 90)

How do I calculate Net 30?

Add 30 calendar days to the invoice date. An invoice dated March 1 with Net 30 terms is due on March 31. Weekends and public holidays count, unless your contract says otherwise.

What does Net 30 EOM mean?

EOM stands for "end of month". The 30 days start from the end of the month the invoice is dated in, so an invoice dated March 10 with Net 30 EOM terms is due on April 30.

What if the due date falls on a weekend?

Many businesses move it to the next working day, but the rule depends on your contract and local law. The calculator shows the weekday so you can see it at a glance.
