A landscaping estimate separates the one-time project (grading, sod or seed, planting beds, mulch, hardscape) from ongoing maintenance (mowing, trimming, leaf cleanup). Price area work per square foot or per yard of material, and plants per unit, so the client can see what changes if they shrink or grow the project.
Free alternative to landscaping estimating software: you do not need a subscription to send a professional bid. Fill in the lines here, add photos of the yard, save your company details for next time and turn the accepted estimate into an invoice in one click.

Questions about the Estimate Generator
How do I price landscaping per square foot?
Put the area in Qty and your price per square foot in Rate, one line per type of work. The total updates as you change the area.
Should I charge sales tax on landscaping?
It depends on your state: some tax landscaping services or the plants and materials, others do not. Turn on tax in Totals and enter your rate if it applies.
Can I add photos of the yard?
Yes. Add up to 6 photos under Photos; they print at the end of the estimate.
