A cleaning estimate says what is cleaned, how often and for how much: square footage or number of rooms, frequency (weekly, biweekly, monthly), and add-ons such as inside windows, carpets, the oven or a deep clean. For recurring work, show the price per visit or per month and how often you will invoice.
Free alternative to cleaning business software for bids: send a clear estimate in a few minutes, save your company details and convert the accepted estimate into a monthly invoice.

Questions about the Estimate Generator
How do I price commercial cleaning?
By square foot per visit, or by hours per visit times your hourly rate. Put add-ons on separate lines so the client can remove them.
Can I bill the same estimate every month?
Save it, then convert it into an invoice each month from the More menu and change only the service period.
Should I include supplies?
Say clearly whether your price includes supplies and equipment; it is one of the most common questions from clients.
